I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University in 2020. During my studies, I had the enriching opportunity to spend a semester at Karoli Gaspar University through the Erasmus Exchange Program. This experience broadened both my academic foundation and my personal worldview, offering me meaningful exposure to different cultures and perspectives.

Following this, I pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, graduating in 2022. Throughout my academic journey, I gained hands-on experience through internships in clinical and health psychology settings, which helped shape my understanding and approach to counselling work. I also volunteered as a peer counselor and psychologist for international students, offering person-centered support while receiving regular supervision.

In my practice, I have supported individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges—such as stress, anxiety, cultural adjustment, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and the complexities of starting over in a new environment. As an immigrant myself, I genuinely understand the emotional depth of starting over in a new environment—the struggles, but also the resilience and growth it can foster. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and support.

When working with clients, I primarily use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Depending on the unique needs of the person I’m working with, I also incorporate approaches from Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychotherapy, which I was trained in during my graduate studies.

Currently, I offer online and in-person sessions for adults in both Turkish and English. I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where individuals feel heard and empowered throughout their journey.
